Summer and fall are the season for our pigs to range broadly in the forests and pastures of the magnificent misty mountain range here in the Nehalem River Valley. Foraging and rooting for roots and grubs and tubers and mushrooms adds a delectable diversity to the diet of sunflower seeds, barley and wheat that the porkers thrive on during the winter months. To highlight the porky abundance we are pleased to share our curated Piggy Packs for a ten week season. By purchasing a subscription now you will be treated to an abundant selection of Rose’s prettiest pork cuts, sausage, smoked meats, pâtés, stews, soups, broths and marinades. Rose’s custom selections will offer abundant variety. A tentative sampling is outlined below.
Summer Piggy Packs are hand selected and delivered in ten weekly installments. Pricing is $1200 per subscription and is designed for a typical household of two adults. Order two subscriptions for larger families.
